1. Service

ASTRIQ Lab is a private content automation system used to assist with the creation, management, upload, and publication of educational media for the ASTRIQ YouTube channel.

2. Authorized use

Use of the system is limited to authorized operators. Users must have permission to access any Google or YouTube account they connect to ASTRIQ Lab.

3. YouTube Terms of Service

By using ASTRIQ Lab in connection with YouTube, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service:

4. Content responsibility

The operator is responsible for reviewing generated content, metadata, publishing settings, and compliance with YouTube policies and applicable laws.

5. AI-generated content

ASTRIQ Lab may use generative AI to create visual media, prompts, titles, descriptions, hashtags, and other production assets. AI-generated output may contain inaccuracies and should be reviewed before public distribution when appropriate.

6. Availability

The service depends on third-party platforms including Google Cloud, YouTube, and generative AI services. Availability and functionality may change when those platforms change APIs, quotas, policies, or terms.

7. No warranty

The service is provided on an “as is” basis without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, specific performance, or suitability for a particular purpose.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated as the ASTRIQ workflow, Google APIs, YouTube requirements, or platform policies evolve.
